Finca Pinar started as a dream between two friends who believed that great coffee and honest food shouldn't require a white tablecloth to appreciate. What began as a weekend pop-up quickly became a rolling destination — a food truck that shows up, sets up, and makes people feel welcome.
We source our beans from small roasters who share our obsession with quality. Our pastries are baked fresh each morning. Our kitchen creates dishes that are as thoughtful as they are satisfying. And every interaction — from the first hello to the last sip — is meant to feel genuine.
